The Concrete Company is a Tailoring Workshop located in Madrid, is a small business run by tailor Fernando Garcia de la Calera, based on traditional artisan work, so he will check, cut and finish all the garments personally.
You can contact the workshop or him before placing your order for discuss measurements, fabric or artisanal made finished details enquires. As we do not accept refunds or cancellations.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a four to five weeks period where your products will be created, processed and dispatched by the workshop.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from The Concrete Workshop specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or The Concrete Co. Madrid.
The Concrete Co. Madrid insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by The Concrete Company Madrid and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Prices are stated in Euros inclusive of taxes, and excluding preparation and delivery charges.
Value Added Tax is the tax in force on Spanish mainland territory at the date of the order and is included in the product price. This tax is also applicable within the European Union (EU). The Concrete Company Madrid is not responsible for any customs or duty charges.
The flat-rate amount charged for preparation and delivery is communicated to the Customer on the detailed order form, prior to its validation.

We give you a year guarantee and free repair services in any product damage as normal condition usage. Contact the workshop to evaluate in any case.
